Shipping & Refunds Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Estimated delivery within 3-5 days, When the order been placed, You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email or Text, Once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, Shipments may be delayed by a 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, We will contact you via email.

 

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, We will gladly accept the items for a refund within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered, unworn, unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in saleable condition, Most returns will require the product to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped, But if it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be not eligible for the refund.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item.
We will require a photo of damaged item, We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

If you received the wrong item(s) or damage item(s) please contact us at Sales@TANLITA.com immediately contain with the pictures, Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible, Once we get approved, We will send a replacement right away.

Please keep in mind, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
